Recommendations for a pair of formal shoes?
For homecoming, I plan to wear a sparkly purple dress, but I can't find the right pair of shoes to match it. I need a pair that has really short heels, since I'm almost as tall as my date and comes in size 7.5 or 8. Also, I'm kinda tight on money, so under $40 please.Thanks

I am looking for some black dress shoes to go with my navy blue dress. The dress is VERY dressy, its a bridesmaid prom dress. So I need dressy shoes that are black but the problem is that I'm 16 and terrible with heels and i dont like them anyway but all the nonheels are either not dressy enough or little kiddish.
